The Red Hen Project

We provide Family Support Services with a ‘whole family’ approach. We are a professional service designed to meet the needs of families with multiple, complex difficulties. Helping address the issues which prevent disadvantaged families from creating safe, supportive and aspirational environments. We provide the link to help parents & children engage with education and improve the emotional wellbeing and resilience needed for positive change.

    The Red Hen Project aims to:

    • To support children and families to improve their wellbeing and life chances, and build a stronger community.
    • Children from disadvantaged families will have improved life chances, through developing confidence and emotional resilience.
    • Parents will have improved family relationships, through developing effective, responsible parenting skills
    • Families will have improved engagement with the community, and reduced isolation.
    • Parents will have improved life chances, and less reliance on outside intervention.
