To provide a range of adapted cycling equipment to enable everyone to cycle regardless of age or ability.
To provide a safe and supportive environment for those who are vulnerable within our society to enjoy physical and recreational activity inclusively with their friends, family, peers and neighbours.
To facilitate the social inclusion of those who are most often excluded from mainstream activities.

  • Mission statement

    We provide all ability recreational cycling activities for people of all abilities and all ages on a range of specially adapted bikes, trikes, hand bikes, recumbents, tandems, side-by-sides and wheelchair accessible bikes. We operate on three parks across Greater Manchester and are open 7 days a week, 50 weeks a year. Everyone is welcome and included in our sessions.
    To provide, promote and develop, services, facilities, equipment and opportunities to cycle in a safe and supportive environment for children, adolescents and adults with learning, physical or sensory impairments, autistic spectrum disorders, mental health issues or rehabilitation needs as well as for those who are able bodied. This includes the provision of training and education in cycling related activities.

    Simply Cycling aims to:

    • To provide opportunity for all ability recreational cycling
    • To provide, promote and develop, services, facilities, equipment to cycle in a safe and supportive environment for children, adolescents and adults with learning, physical or sensory disabilities.
    • To facilitate the social inclusion of those who are most often excluded from mainstream activities.
    • To train and educate attendees to cycle safely in everyday environments.
