Mindout Lgb&t Mental Health Project

MindOut aims to improve the wellbeing of LGBTQ people with mental health issues,
reduce stigma and promote positive mental health in LGBTQ communities across
Sussex and nationally.
We provide the following services: advice, information and advocacy; peer support
group work; peer mentoring; suicide prevention initiatives; training, and anti-stigma
events
