Sneyd Green Community Hall Association

We run day trips for the children of low income families who wouldn't be able to afford a trip we run fun days to help fund this we do Halloween parties and Christmas parties for the children we also help the pensioners and the disabled people in the community by helping with their gardening needs cutting hedges and lawns and we clean the ally ways of glass and paper we provide transport for the old age pensioners because of no buses we also run an under 10s football team who are top of league.

  • Mission statement

    Our mission is to try and provide more opportunities for the disadvantaged of this community and to try and get the different cultures to come together. We also aim to make our community hall a more greener building eco friendly we are in need of new doors and windows a new roof insulation in the roof because there is none at the moment we need a new boiler we try our best with what we have got.

    Sneyd Green Community Hall Association aims to:

    • to be able to provide a pantomime for the children at Christmas and a small present
    • is to run bus trips in the school holidays for the disadvantaged families of this estate
    • to help all families get together with the ethnic minorities by having more fun days etc
    • to be able to help more oaps with their gardens and other things
    • to make this community hall more green and eco friendly by having solar panels and more efficient lighting and an up to date heating system
