Mission statement
Tigers4Ever's mission is to halt the decline of wild tiger populations by helping people living on the periphery of tiger territories; reducing man-animal conflict; via anti-poaching measures; & by equipping the forest patrols protecting wild tigers in India. Tigers4Ever works with local communities & the Forest Department to build a future where people live in harmony with & have an enhanced understanding of tigers. Tigers4Ever seeks to ensure that the communities who live with wild tigers have a vested interest in the long-term survival of wild tigers through its community focussed projects. Tigers4Ever has representatives in India year round; & UK based Trustees visit India annually to review conservation work progress and assess future needs.
