Home-start Wakefield And District

Home-Start offers support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children. We recruit and train volunteers who are normally parents themselves to visit families at home who have at least one child under 5 to offer informal, friendly and confidential support.

Home-Start also offers support through our family groups. These groups are informal where parents can come together and where the children can play and interact with other children in a safe and fun environment.
