AMAR is an award-winning charity that works in the Middle East to help millions rebuild their lives in countries scarred by war.

For 25 years AMAR has provided a package of healthcare, emergency relief, education and training, helping some of the world’s most disadvantaged people to build and improve their lives.

Since June 2014, AMAR has been building, equipping and operating purpose-built health clinics for over 3. 4 million displaced Iraqis fleeing Islamic State violence.

    • AMAR provides public and primary healthcare services to under-served populations throughout the Middle East, building on existing capacity to deliver sustainable improvements to public health.
    • AMAR teams deliver frontline emergency services to refugees and other under-served populations suffering from the devastating effects of human-made and natural humanitarian disasters.
    • AMAR delivers a range of education projects to benefit both adults and children, which are designed to generate lasting improvements in the ability of individuals and communities to prosper.
