We work with profoundly or severely deaf children that cannot access mainstream provisions and aims to provide relief to Deaf children and children of Deaf parents through its projects.

  • Mission statement

    Deaf-Self aims to provide relief to Deaf children and children of Deaf parents by:
    1) Providing education and information so that deaf children may be better able to educate and raise their children.
    2) Raising awareness of issues affecting Deaf parents and their children
    3) Providing workshops, forums and general support
    4) Providing facilities or recreation and other leisure time activities in the interests of the social welfare of Deaf children and their parents
    5) Promoting social inclusion of Deaf parents and their children.
