    The Synagogue was registered as a charitable company on 1"October 2010 when new
    Memorandum and Articles of Association were implemented
    unincorporated charity became inactive from that date.
    The Finchley Reform Synagogue, known in Hebrew as Kehillah Kedasha Etz Chaim, was constituted under a deed of trust established in 1960 and is a registered charity No. 1137557. The principal objects ofthe Synagogue remain the promoting ofJudaism in the spheres of public worship, religious, educational, social, cultural and charitable activities.
