The OPERA Global Youth Foundation

The alleviation of poverty of young people through employment opportunities.

Founded 2016

  • Mission statement

Opera is the first global recruitment industry movement to empower young people to find, gain and keep a job.

Our core principles are partnership, collaboration and innovation.

We will work in partnership with a major youth charity to empower young people to find a job.

We will collaborate with recruiters and employers to empower young people to gain a job.

We will innovate to empower young people to keep a job for 12 months or more.

The word 'Opera' literally means ‘the labour done and the works produced.
As an art form, Opera brought the best of everything onto one
    stage.

We believe it will take all
of us together, giving our best for young people by investing our time, skills and money in their future.

Through 2017, we aim to raise £1M and deliver 10,000 hours of skills-based volunteering to create
work opportunities for thousands of young people.
