Wycombe Youth Action (an unincorporated association registered as a charity, number 287035) has been serving the young people of Wycombe, delivering high quality youth support services for nearly 35 years. We are proud of our track record and committed to building on it over the coming years to support young people make successful transitions to adulthood.
Our services include the last remaining careers drop-in for young people in High Wycombe, Mentoring, Youth Club, Community Projects and more

    Our mission is to empower young people to build hopes, aspirations and the skills that they need to succeed in adulthood.

  • Aims

    Wycombe Youth Action aims to:

    • Reduce the number of young people not in education employment and training in the local area, by providing a drop-in service which assists them in CV writing, job searching and soft skills.
    • Engaging local young people in civic activity through our established Youth Council. Empowering them to gain an understanding of advocacy, effective campaigning and local authority decision making.
    • Contribute to the reduction of crime and re-offending by offering 121 mentoring support to young people identified to use by partner organisations.
    • Community engagement and integration, through a variety of youth and conservation projects. Creating understanding between communities and generations.
    • To establish youth provisions which provide positive activities for young people, giving them a safe space to explore their directions in life, empowering them to make positive choices.
