Mind Active

The team visit care and nursing homes to provide a range of quality activities to stimulate residents, promote satisfaction, leave lasting conversation and feel-good factor in often mundane and busy environments. We also provide a range of community based activities, i. E. Tea dances, lunch groups, games days, art workshops, craft workshops, etc. The community based groups enable care home residents and people with dementia and their loved ones from their own homes to share quality time together.

    MIND Active facilitates inclusive mind stimulation group activities and wider community wellbeing events with marginalised and often forgotten older people living in residential care and nursing homes and people living with dementia from their own homes in Northumberland.
