    Since our inception in 1939 Citizens Advice Newcastle has had two core objectives:

    To provide the advice people need for the problems they face.
    To improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.

    We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.

    Citizens Advice Newcastle is committed to ensuring we address the advice needs of local people in a holistic manner to help people overcome their problems. It is our mission to safeguard free access to advice and help people find a way forward whatever their problem.
