We are a volunteer led organisation providing free, confidential, impartial and independent advice on all aspects of social welfare law. Whilst we are open to everyone living and working in our catchment area covering the Boroughs of Nuneaton and Bedworth, Rugby and Tamworth in the West Midlands we focus our work towards helping the most vulnerable people in our communities including families on low income, those with disabilities and mental health issues, older people and BAME communities.

  • Mission statement

    Our service focuses on people's concerns, to help them with their problems and get fair treatment. We offer helpful, highly trained advisers as well as unrivalled information and give people a voice both locally and nationally through our advocacy and campaigns work. We actively promote community wellbeing by working in partnership with others to improve social inclusion, remove barriers to employment by offering training and reducing poverty.
