Microsoft stated that there were 100,000 vacencies in the UK tech sector in 2015. There is currently no educational provider linking talented young people directly to these lucrative careers.

The College seeks to be this bridge and focus on achieving three aims:
1. To be a centre of excellence for the teaching and learning of advanced digital skills
2. To offer students a viable, high-quality alternative to university
3. To be a beacon of best practice for employment-focused provision

    The mission of the College is to work with industry to design and deliver an education that empowers all its students, especially women and those from low-income backgrounds, to progress into highly skilled digital roles and lead flourishing lives.

    • To offer students a viable, high-quality alternative to university
    • To be an engine for social mobility by recruiting 50% of our students as young women and 50% from low-income households within 5 years.
