Age Connects Cardiff And The Vale

For decades Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale has offered a lifeline to thousands of older people living in the local area who are all alone and facing the uncertainty that old age can often bring. Many of those who we help are vulnerable, isolated and in poverty.

Services include: benefit assistance, Advocates assisting to resolve issues, essential support when leaving hospital to return home or move into a care setting, access to our befriending scheme to combat feelings of isolation.
