The Z.S.V. Trust

Food Lifeline was set up to provide food parcels and the basic necessities for families experiencing financial distress.

Our beneficiaries are the elderly, children and families who are struggling financially due to family crisis including, unemployment or onset of sudden illness.

Food Lifeline supports over 1400 families, including the elderly sick and children. Additionally, we supply medical assistance, clothing grants, emergency funds and therapy for children who have been through trauma.

    Food Lifeline's mission is to break the bonds of poverty by providing food parcels for families facing financial difficulties.

    We address three main issues; hunger, poverty and equality, thereby increasing self-respect, care and consideration for others.

    The Z.S.V. Trust aims to:

    • Provide food parcels for families facing financial difficulties.
    • Provide clothing grants and bursaries for families facing financial crisis.
    • Provide therapy for children who have been through trauma.
    • Provide medical assistance for sick individuals.
    • Provide financial assistance for single parent families.
