The Children's Sleep Charity

The Children’s Sleep Charity was set up in 2012 and is registered with the Charity Commission. Our aim is that all children are supported to get a good night’s sleep. Sleep deprivation can have a serious impact on emotional, physical and mental health, many families seeking our support are approaching crisis point. We offer a range of services from working directly with parents to accredited training to professionals in the NHS, and other organisations.
