The EY Foundation

The EY Foundation is a charity that:
1. Helps young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, find alternative routes into employment and education, or even set up a business
2. Supports entrepreneurs, from social entrepreneurs to start-ups, develop and grow
Our vision is that every young person in the UK, regardless of their background or circumstances, can begin to realise their career ambitions: making a successful transition into work, higher education or self-employment.

    Our mission is two-fold:

    * to inspire and engage young people across the UK who are disadvantaged in the labour market and help them fulfil their work potential

    * to convene employers and other key stakeholder to reduce barriers to work for young people and enhance their employability.
