  • Mission statement

    Our mission is to put the voice of Tower Hamlets patients, carers, users and the local community at the centre of service planning, design and delivery. We give residents a stake in the local health and social care landscape. In doing so, we improve the health and well-being of the Borough.

  • Aims

    Healthwatch Tower Hamlets aims to:

    • providing information and advice to the general public about local health and social care service
    • making the views and experience of members of general public known to health and social care providers;
    • enabling local people to have a voice in the development, delivery and equality of access to local health and care services and facilities and
    • providing training and the development of skills for volunteers and the wider community in understanding, reviewing, scrutinizing and monitoring local health and care services
