Founded 2008

  • Mission statement

To give hope to women and children on the margins of society to enable them to walk away from life controlling situations that keep them in bondage.

We call this their 'journey to freedom' This enables women to regain control of their own lives and integrate back into society following life changing situations such as drugs or alcohol rehabilitation, prison sentences or life on the streets.

Weekly sessions are held for women at the Hope Centre from 11. 00 a. M. - 2. 00 p. M. In the centre of Coventry offering activities including cookery courses, arts and crafts, esteem and confidence building sessions and inspirational speakers. This provides a structured environment with support, therapy and training in life skills.

This currently happens in Coventry but it is intended that this model can be duplicated in other cities through the Cinammon Network.
