Outpost Charity

Outpost provides Emotional, Social & Practical support to Military Personnel, Veterans and their Families

Founded 2014

  • Mission statement

Outpost Charity has been dedicated to providing support for Military Personnel, Veterans and their Families since incorporating in 2014. Our registered charity number: SC044790

Our aim is to provide relief from suffering and hardship for men or women who are or have at any time served with any branch of the British Armed Forces.

The support we offer is based on emotional, social and practical support; currently focusing on the Veterans Camp and the provision of household necessities. These two areas over the past years have proven to be in high demand and until such time the demand decreases these two areas will remain a key focus of the charity.

We are run solely by volunteers and no one receives a wage/salary for the work they do. The Charity is governed by a well-balanced and diverse board of Trustees who are responsible for and have overall control of the charity. We have little overheads which helps to ensure that public donations are utilised for support purposes to which they are donated
