    Home-Start Liverpool exists to safeguard, protect and preserve the good health, both mental and physical, of children and parents; prevent cruelty to, or maltreatment of, children; and to promote the education of the public in better standards of child care within the area.

    • Provide support, friendship and practical help to families experiencing difficulties or suffering stress and have at least one child under the age of 5, helping to prevent family crisis & breakdown
