    To help children in need, hardship or distress with a parent who is or was in the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and their Reserves. Help is given as grants to provide specialist equipment, respite care or special needs education in cases of disability or as part of our Emergency Essentials Grant Scheme providing support in times of crisis
