The Lutyens Trust is a charity dedicated to preserving and promoting the spirit and substance of Lutyens heritage. Our intervention and influence has helped protect many Lutyens buildings from harm.

    To protect and promote the spirit and substance of the work of Sir Edwin Lutyens OM.

  • Aims

    The Lutyens Trust aims to:

    • To promote the permanent preservation for the benefit of the public generally of any buildings, gardens or objects designed by Sir E Lutyens OM & generally to protect & preserve their existing charact
    • To inform and educate the public about Lutyens's buildings, gardens and objects, so as to increase their appreciation and understanding of the architectural qualities involved.
    • To provide information and support to owners of Lutyens’s buildings, both public and private, in relation to their conservation, restoration or maintenance.
    • Undertake and promote any form of research in connection with Lutyens's buildings, gardens & objects and any other related matters; & to provide for the dissemination & publication of the research.
