Vivacity is an independent, not-for-profit organisation with charitable status. We manage many of Peterborough’s most popular culture and leisure facilities such as Arts, Sports, Libraries, Museum/Heritage and archives on behalf of Peterborough City Council.

    Vivacity Culture & Leisure is a charitable trust that manages most of Peterborough's favourite attractions, including the Key Theatre, Museum, City Art Gallery, Sports Centres and Libraries.

    Vivacity Culture And Leisure aims to:

    • Vivacity is here to enrich people’s lives by working in partnership with various organisations and stakeholders.
    • To increase the number and range of people who enjoy our services.
    • To provide services of greater quality.
    • To improve value for money for all our customers and for our main funder, Peterborough City Council
    • To bring more financial resources and skills to the city by providing new and improved services supported by regional, national, European and international bodies. support and encourage organisations and charities working in Peterborough who contribute to the city’s sporting, artistic, historical and cultural life.
