    The charities aims are to advance education for the public through the provision of educational enrichment of ESOL classes and study clubs with the aim to raise overall achievement. We aim to encourage the participation of community members in developing programmes to enhance skills linked to education and employment.

    Sef Cymru aims to:

    • Improved level of English and Employability skills for the BME community
    • BME parents will have improved confidence in supporting their children through the education system
    • Improved relationships, communication and understanding between schools and the BME community
    • Improved attendance and achievement of BME pupils in compulsory education
