The Countryside Alliance Foundation

The Countryside Alliance Foundation was established in 2007 and is dedicated to promoting and preserving the British countryside. Our aim is to increase the public’s understanding of the importance and diversity of the countryside and the rural way of life through education, community and research initiatives and encourage future generations to help conserve and protect our natural heritage.

    The Countryside Alliance Foundation will:

    • Promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the environment
    • Support access and conservation projects that protect features of wildlife fauna and fauna in the countryside
    • Promote agriculture for public benefit
    • Educate the public on subjects relating to the protection, conservation and enjoyment of the countryside
    • Promote sustainable development through research and the prudent use of natural resources.
