Ansbury supports over 18000 young people and adults every year with employment and learning related advice and guidance. We help people to achieve their potential in work and learning

Founded 1995

  • Mission statement

Ansbury helps develop skills needed for work through expert, tailored support. We deliver independent careers information advice and guidance to enable young people to be informed and supported in life decisions and provide links to employment and training opportunities. We tailor our support to help people overcome barriers to progression and attainment in learning and work.

Our support helps young people participate in society and prevent them from being socially excluded. Our mentoring, engagement activities and support for disengaged NEET young people helps them progress into education, employment and training.

We work with adults who are unemployed or at risk of unemployment and assist them to make informed choices and prepare and seek employment opportunities.
