Our mission is to ensure blood cancer sufferers receive more effective treatment in the future. We will fight blood cancer for as long as it takes.

  • Mission statement

    The Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK charity aims to benefit the public by protecting and promoting health—specifically, by research into the nature, causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and cure of leukaemia and myeloma. We are also involved in research into practical applications for addressing these diseases, provide information to increasing public understanding, and support stem cell research into paediatric blood cancer.

  • Aims

    Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK aims to:

    • Psychological support Adults and children diagnosed with any form of leukaemia can receive counselling by phone or by personal at home or in hospital.
    • Emotional support for children suffering from Leukaemia. We run an annual charity event, "Fancy Mask Day", for primary schools in England Wales, and Scotland.
    • Information support Our charity provides public information on the following issues by publishing and distributing brochures, flyers, books, newspaper articles.
    • The Charity Company will inform people about the benefit and storage opportunities of umbilical cord stem cells by publishing.
