The Butterfly Hospice Trust

The Butterfly Hospice provides palliative care services in Boston, Skegness and surrounding areas to people coping with a terminal illness in the last year of their life. As an independent hospice, all of our services are free of charge and we rely on fundraising and income from our charity shops for over 70% of our annual income.
