  • Mission statement

Creative Futures Cumbria aims to transform the lives of people of all ages by opening their minds to creative learning.

As a charitable trust we work in partnership with professional artists to transform young people’s lives. Our innovative arts and learning programmes play an important part in developing vulnerable young people socially, emotionally and educationally. We have been doing this work for over 20 years and have worked with thousands of young people, many of whom have multiple needs. We work with all age groups, all abilities and all artforms.

If you want to make a difference to the lives of children and young people in Cumbria and are passionate about arts and culture we might just have the opportunity you’ve been looking for! We are seeking new Trustees to join our seven-strong governing body, who can use their skills and experience effectively in supporting the next phase of our development.
