Creativity Works specialises in delivering outstanding projects for health and well-being through artistic practise in Socially Engaged Arts.
We use the power of the creative process to make a real difference to peoples’ lives, inspiring and empowering them to explore, develop, and grow.
We work with individuals who have challenging needs including women in the criminal justice system, elders and dementia, women with severe postnatal depression, supporting mental health and well-being. We support peer-led creative groups to flourish.
We act as an agent for change: connecting people and places to provide a catalyst for personal and social transformation. We draw communities together and enable more people to access the arts.
Creativity Works aims to:
- Community Engagement - bringing people and communities together through creativity
- Wellbeing and health – promoting positive healthy outcomes
- Development and Progression – enabling individuals and groups to develop in their chosen direction
