Charity information

Daisy Appeal (Hull And East Yorkshire Medical Research Centre)

We have already raised £8. 5m and built a Medical Research Centre at Castle Hill Hospital, near Hull, and a further £4. 5m to build a PET-CT Scanning Centre on the same site. We are now fund raising to build and equip a Molecular Imaging Research Centre which will be built adjacent to the Scanning Centre. This centre will develop new radiotracers for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of cancer, heart disease and dementia.

Founded 2002
