University of Brighton Students' Union is a small charity, empowering our student members wherever they live or study.

Founded 2010

  • Mission statement

    University of Brighton Students’ Union is a student led organisation. We engage and empower students through a wide range of services and facilities; through information, advice, advocacy and communication, student volunteering and societies, health promotion (including sexual health and alcohol & drug awareness), sports and recreation, entertainment, catering and retail outlets.

    We employ around 200 student staff and 1200 student volunteers across Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings campuses and the wider community.

    We engage and involve our students to become a positive influence in their local communities through our dedicated team of Community Organisers.
