  • Mission statement

    To provide quality care and support to members of the Armed Forces community and their dependants and to help disadvantaged men and women find meaningful and sustained employment.
    RBLI is passionate about people and aim to promote diversity, enable success and inspire ability. We are about inclusion and independent living and, as such, everyone is treated as an individual.
    Gavin Astor House retains its top rating of CQC 3 star status and, we also achieve good success a=in increasing independent living and social inclusion.
    RBLI enjoys a special relationship with Blue Sky on Project Victor, which provides employment and development support to veterans coming out of the justice system.
    RBLI offers LifeWorks to the Armed Forces community our vocational assessment service. It is the gold standard for coaching veterans who face challenges re-engaging with employment. It is also delivered to spouses of serving personnel and to residents of housing associations.
    Investment in our Social Enterprises saw a new digital printer and laser cutter for our road and rail signs.
    We also make wood products fruit bins, wooden pallets and packing boxes.
    We design and print banners, posters, manuals, business cards and calendars and direct mail services.
