We are an environmental education charity that works with volunteers from the local community using horticulture and the resources of the greenhouses and a small garden for events and education.

Mission statement
We exist to benefit the local community in the boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark working with the local authorities and/or voluntary organisations and inhabitants to promote education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure activities to improve the conditions for the local community.
We seek to provide knowledge and education in sustainable horticulture, the environment, local food growing, greener communities, skills training projects and other subjects as may be of benefit to the local communities.
To promote the mental and physical well being of users, visitors and volunteers of Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses.
To promote and encourage biodiversity and nature conservation in the gardens.
Our “Vision” is to enable people to improve their lives through the resource of the greenhouses and gardens, their horticulture and biodiversity, through learning, understanding and involvement in inclusive education, events, activities and access to the greenhouses.
Our strap line is “Growing though learning, learning through growing”

Aims
Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses aims to:
- To promote the benefit of the inhabitants the boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark. To advance education and to provide facilities for social welfare, recreation and leisure.
- To provide knowledge and education in sustainable horticulture, local food growing, greener communities, and other subjects as may be of benefit to said communities.
- To promote the mental and physical well being of users, visitors and volunteers of Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses.
- To promote and encourage biodiversity in the area of benefit.
