HYPE Charity supports young people and unemployed people of all age who are at great risk of becoming disengaged in society and currently depend upon benefits. We provide them with a viable route into employment.

  • Mission statement

    Sustainable, enhancing social well-being, prosperity and the future
    The objective is to train young people in the North East of England and unemployed people of all age in the whole of the UK, unable to gain employment but wishing to extract themselves from dependency on benefits and state support, and by doing so, give them valuable employment and life skills, all to the benefit of the individuals and the local community. As a result;
    - People will increase their employability, skills enhancing their life skills and giving them greater independence
    - People’s aspiration and motivation, subsequently making them more capable of identify and access employment, further education or training
    - People to local career opportunities leading to better relationships with the local business community and increased chances of future employment

    HYPE Charity - Helping Young People Excel aims to:

    • HYPE Charity specialises in the support of young people and people of all age who are at great risk of becoming disengaged in society and to provide a viable route into employment
    • To deliver programmes linked to the recycling of electrical items from the IT sector. To repair and refurbish them and to offer them to disadvantaged individuals or families at low cost
