Huddersfield And District Society For The Deaf

We provide a central meeting place for people of all ages and all degrees of hearing loss. We offer social activities and help integrate deaf and hearing communities through sign language courses.

  • Mission statement

Our aim is to provide deaf and hard of hearing people in Kirklees the opportunity to develop their social skills and to help them raise their self esteem through a range of activities. We also encourage both deaf and hearing communities to interact together through sign language tuition and help raise deaf awareness.
