  • Mission statement

We aim to support the children , youth and women/vulnerable adults in the underprivileged areas in Zambia, UK but not limited to.
Our Mumba Day centre in Mpongwe provides education, clothing, feeding program and extra curricular activities like football, netball and various table games
We promote health activities such as cervical and breast cancer screening, eye check ups and HIV counselling and support to the members of the community as the nearest services are ten kilo meters away and also advocates for safe water and sanitation to the community.
We provide clothing to protect orphaned and underprivileged children from extreme weather conditions.
We also promote literacy and arts and crafts work to the women and help them turn away from bad vices like drinking illicit brew and other unpalatable activities
We encourage the youth to use our platform and exercise their musical talent so they can go on and forge a musical career.
Our young women here in the UK participate in the charity pageant called Miss Malaika (meaning Angel in Kiswahili) where they choose charitable platforms to promote within their communities and help us source items like books, pencils , clothes and other useful items that we then donate to our orphans and underprivileged children, youth and adults.
We nurture the youth and do confidence building training so the youth would then go on to be useful and productive citizens in the community
