    BRAC's vision is a world free from all forms of exploitation and discrimination where everyone has the opportunity to realise their potential.

    Our mission is to empower people and communities in situations of poverty, illiteracy, disease and social injustice.

    Our interventions aim to achieve large scale, positive changes through economic and social programmes that enable men and women to realise their potential.

    BRAC values:

    Innovation- BRAC has been an innovator in the creation of opportunities for the poor to lift themselves out of poverty. We value creativity in programme design and strive to display global leadership in groundbreaking development initiatives.

    • To provide opportunities for the people to participate fully in the life of their community in ways which address and alleviate social and economic disadvantage.
