    The Boys' Brigade seeks to:
    (1) to support their personal development through programme of indoor/outdoor activities
    (2) to develop leadership skills and personal confidence
    (3) to develop understanding of and respect for others, and
    (4) to be inclusive of those who are disadvantaged through home location/community background -
    leading to their becoming independent, responsible and contributing citizens on a local and on a global level.
