Wandsworth Citizens Advice Bureaux is a successful and vibrant charity providing high quality advice on housing, debt, employment, to consumer related issues and more. Working from two offices in Wandsworth, we have 22 staff, 70 volunteers and an annual income in excess of £500,000. We form part of the national Citizens Advice Bureau network

  • Mission statement

    The Charity’s objects are to promote any charitable purpose for the public benefit by the advancement of education, the protection and preservation of health and the relief of poverty, sickness and distress in particular, but without limitation, for the benefit of the community in The London Borough of Wandsworth and surrounding areas (“the principal area of benefit”) and elsewhere in Greater London.

    The main activity of the charity is the provision of free, independent, confidential and impartial advice and information to the public on legal, civil, financial and other matters.

    Wandsworth Citizens Advice Bureaux Limited aims to:

    • To provide a high quality and accessible services which meet the advice needs of the local community.
    • To ensure excellent quality of advice, in line with Citizens Advice audit requirements, through a culture of continuous improvement within the CABx.
    • To promote the Wandsworth Citizens Advice Bureaux brand more widely to support the income generation potential.
    • To retain and invest in a highly skilled and motivated staff and volunteer work force sufficient to meet the demands of the service.
    • To ensure we have adequate facilities and premises to deliver the Bureaux services
