We are a small charitable organisation based within the West Midlands that provides access to education, training and employment opportunities for the marginalised, including ex offenders etc.

  • Mission statement

    The aims and objectives are to promote and provide ‘flexible’ and accessible vocational and non vocational education, training and employment programmes for ex offenders (16-25 including ex offenders, with mild learning difficulties (Dyslexia)). This also includes Mentorship, advice and guidance (career, health, and financial literacy) and a community helpline as a means of promoting lifelong learning processes, to enable social inclusion, rehabilitation, community cohesion and citizenship:
    To develop and provide lifelong learning (functional skilled based learning) and training programmes as a means of promoting social inclusion, citizenship, and in collaborative partnership with statutory as well as voluntary community learning and training providers/agencies/ organisations etc.
    To promote and provide employability programmes for ex offenders, including work placements, employer led job fairs and training workshop seminars to enable training and employment opportunities for the community by which the organisation operates.

    Develop and provide a forum for review and dissemination purposes in regards the marginalisation and exclusion of ex offenders, in particular those with learning difficulties (Dyslexia) for the benefit of the community.

    To Contribute to the regeneration of the local economy and undertake social policy research in the areas of Education, Training and Employment inequalities for ex offenders and to report and publish such research findings to policy decision makers both at local and central government level.

    To uphold equal opportunities and non discriminatory practices for all and to adhere to polices and procedures that affect vulnerable young people and adults
