  • Mission statement

The Everyman aims to bring alive the arts and music for the community of Gloucestershire, as well as visitors to the county and those who live further afield. We engage with the wider community through the performing arts and deliver an active outreach education programme, particularly working with the hard to reach, young people, the disabled and elderly and those who are disadvantaged and vulnerable. We nurture new writing and acting talent through our professional development programmes, run an active Youth Theatre and Community Choir, (Every Voice) and work with a range of partners across the arts, heritage and community sectors, to introduce people to uplifting and enjoyable activities and new experiences. Our ultimate aim is to ensure that the performing arts is used as a tool to engage, inspire and educate.
