    Our mission is to support & help families who have suffered the bereavement of a child or have a child who is suffering with a life limiting/life threatening illness.

    Our primary goal is to open a countryside retreat in the North West of England, where families who have a child suffering with a life limiting or life threatening illness can take respite breaks.

    Reuben’s Retreat will be a home from home, a place to ‘Relax, Recharge, Remember and Rebuild’, it will also serve as a bereavement support & counselling centre for families like Reuben’s who have suffered the loss of a child.

  • Aims

    Reubens Retreat aims to:

    • To provide respite breaks for the above mentioned & families who have children suffering with a life limiting/life threatening illness.
    • To provide bereavement support, counselling, well-being therapy to parents, siblings, family & friends (if the trustees feel it’s beneficial) to those who have suffered the loss of a child.
    • To buy or renovate a retreat in the North West of England to fulfil our aims listed below and provide appropriate services in the right environment.
