Brentwood Mind is celebrating 40 years of helping people with mental health problems in the community through its bridge building, drop-in centre, talking therapies, active and creative groups.
We believe that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Today. Now. We’re on your doorstep, on the end of a phone or online. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner. And we’ll push for a better deal and respect for everyone experiencing a mental health problem.
Brentwood Mind aims to:
- Being fully involved with the community
- Challenging stigma against mental health and those affected by poor mental health
- Providing services to enable those who have suffered to rebuild their lives, gain as much independence as possible and become fully participating and valued members of the community
- Championing the needs and aspirations of those who have suffered from poor mental health
