The Bridge For Heroes

The charity helps veterans, serving troops and their families. We are dedicated to helping identify early sign of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. We are a bridge that supports our heroes.

  • Mission statement

    Our main aim is to identify early stages of PTSD in veterans and serving personnel of the Armed Forces. We help their families by providing information, respite and group therapy sessions. With trained staff available to deal with various issues including; PTSD, readjustment, emotional support, compensation claims, service records, housing issues, pension enquiries and more.

  • Aims

    The Bridge For Heroes aims to:

    • To make the local civilian community aware of our charity and to promote social cohesion of all ages.
    • To aid veterans and serving troops with emotional support, compensation claims, service records, housing issues, pension enquiries and more.
    • To aid veterans, serving troops and their family with readjusment back into civilian life.
    • To identify the early signs of PTSD.
