WorkSpring takes retailers’ unwanted surplus & waste and transforms it all into amazing mini self-employment opportunities for 18-30 year olds on our 6-month programmes.

  • Mission statement

    Our mission is to enable unemployed 18-30 year olds to tap into their enterprising potential and become successful entrepreneurs.

    We believe that people in disadvantaged communities who are excluded from the labour market can experience self-empowerment, economic integration and greater social inclusion.

    WorkSpring aims to:

    • To give young people the opportunity to learn how to run their own mini business and experience self-employment.
    • To support the young adults in their experience and choices for personal change and development.
    • To provide innovative Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities for businesses that positively impacts young adults unemployment and the environment. It's a win win for everyone.
