WorkSpring takes retailers’ unwanted surplus & waste and transforms it all into amazing mini self-employment opportunities for 18-30 year olds on our 6-month programmes.
Our mission is to enable unemployed 18-30 year olds to tap into their enterprising potential and become successful entrepreneurs.
We believe that people in disadvantaged communities who are excluded from the labour market can experience self-empowerment, economic integration and greater social inclusion.
WorkSpring aims to:
- To give young people the opportunity to learn how to run their own mini business and experience self-employment.
- To support the young adults in their experience and choices for personal change and development.
- To provide innovative Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities for businesses that positively impacts young adults unemployment and the environment. It's a win win for everyone.
