Inner Flame

We deliver training to help unemployed 16-25 year olds in Swindon & Wiltshire to build confidence, develop their mindset and their potential, and move towards their goals, particularly employment.

Founded 2008

  • Mission statement

To inspire and support young people to live rich, happy and fulfilling lives, and to be excited about who they are.

We do this by providing training, coaching and challenging experiences, including The Prince's Trust Team Programme. This helps 16-25 year olds move from education (in which they have typically under-achieved) towards the work of work. We do not deliver formal education and qualifications, but help young people develop their mindset, attitude, teamwork and communication skills, which employers say are lacking in many job applicants.

  • Aims

    Inner Flame aims to:

    • Help unemployed 16-25 year olds to move into employment, training, education or a substantial volunteering role that will improve their employability. (50 successful outcomes in 2015)
    • Help young people to identify what they want in life, and develop the habits of identifying and pursuing their goals.
    • Personal development for young people - building confidence, self-belief and self-esteem - increasing these measures by at least 25% through our programmes.
